About our pricing
These are starting prices. Your final price depends on the menu, ingredients, service requirements, staffing, travel, equipment, rentals, specialty sourcing, and event complexity. Peak-season and holiday pricing may apply. Your consultation and proposal determine the final price.
Menus
Our community menus are seasonal and created for each event. Menus shown are examples of past Wadulisi's culinary work and are not fixed menus or guaranteed offerings.
Menus are subject to ingredient availability, responsible sourcing, and applicable requirements. Traditional and specialty ingredients may vary by location and service setting.
Wild Rice Note: Our current menu features a wild rice blend based on availability. Other wild rice varieties may be sourced upon request and may be subject to availability and additional ingredient costs.
Dietary needs
Vegetarian options are available. Vegan options are available when requested in advance, and select gluten-free options may be available when requested in advance. Tell us about allergies and other dietary restrictions during your consultation. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Where we serve
Kansas City metropolitan area. Travel outside the metro may be available with additional travel costs.
How booking works
1. Book a consultation.
2. Receive a proposal with your menu options and pricing.
3. Sign the agreement and pay your deposit by Square invoice.
4. We confirm your booking in writing.
A consultation, inquiry, or date request does not reserve your date. Standard events generally require a 30% deposit, and your final guaranteed guest count is generally due 7 days before the event. See Booking & FAQ for deposits, payment, guest counts, cancellation, and rescheduling.
Planning for a school, university, or organization?
We can cater your event, or work alongside your existing food-service provider. See Institutions & Organizations.
